Meet Lindsey Cieslak, APRN, FNP-C
The provider women and men across Central Florida turn to when they're tired of being told their symptoms are "normal."
Why she built her practice this way
By the time most patients find Lindsey, they have already told their story to someone who did not really hear it. They described the fatigue, the weight that wouldn't budge, the brain fog that made simple things feel difficult, or the feeling that something just wasn't right. They were told their labs were "normal" or that their symptoms were simply part of getting older.
Lindsey built Hormone & Regenerative Medicine because she saw that pattern repeat again and again, and she refused to become another provider who accepted it.
Her early years in nursing were spent in the neonatal intensive care unit, where the smallest change is never nothing and missing a detail is not an option. That is where she learned that good medicine comes from paying attention to subtle patterns, asking better questions, and seeing the whole patient rather than focusing on a single number.
That same philosophy shapes every appointment today.
There is no version of your visit where you're rushed through in fifteen minutes with a prescription and no explanation. The work starts with listening, because before lab results tell the whole story, your story usually does.
Lindsey's background and training
Credentials matter here for one reason. You deserve to know that the person interpreting your labs and building your treatment plan has the education, training, and clinical experience to do it thoughtfully.
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida, Lindsey spent more than four years caring for critically ill newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit before completing her Master of Science in Nursing at Jacksonville University and becoming board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
She launched her advanced practice career at a Central Florida gynecology and hormone practice, where she developed extensive experience in women's health, hormone optimization, sexual wellness and aesthetic medicine. Over the past six years, hormone optimization has become the primary focus of her practice, helping women navigate perimenopause and menopause while guiding men through the hormonal changes of midlife.
Her advanced hormone education includes training through Evexias Health Solutions, BioTe Medical, and WorldLink Medical. Completing all three advanced training programs is uncommon and gives Lindsey the ability to draw multiple evidence-based approaches rather than relying on a single philosophy or protocol.
Over the years, Lindsey has helped hundreds of women and men across Central Florida, many of whom came to her after feeling unheard or frustrated that no one had connected the dots. Today, every treatment plan is built around the individual, because no two patients or hormone journeys are exactly alike.
How she practices
Good hormone care is not complicated to describe.
It is just rarely done well.
First, she listens. Your appointment is a real conversation about what you have been feeling, how long it has been going on, what you have already tried, and what you want back. Nothing you say is minimized.
Then she tests properly. Routine evaluations often include only a limited set of labs. Lindsey looks deeper with comprehensive hormone, thyroid, and metabolic testing to better understand the full picture. The answers are often found in tests that aren't included in a routine evaluation. She walks you through every result herself, in language that finally makes sense.
Then she stays. Hormone care is not a prescription you fill once and sort out alone. It is a relationship that gets refined over months as your body responds. She adjusts, she follows your progress, and she refines your treatment over time, because hormone optimization isn't about chasing perfect lab numbers.
It's about helping you feel your best.
What makes this different from the clinic you left
You have options for hormone care.
Most of them are some version of what already let you down.
The franchise clinics move fast and prescribe from a template. The telehealth apps hand your dose to an algorithm and a provider you will never meet twice. Both are built to move as many patients through as possible, which is the exact problem you are trying to leave.
Here, the person who reviews your labs is the person who builds your plan and the person who adjusts it six months from now. That continuity is the whole point.
Because this is a private practice that does not bill insurance, your appointments are not rationed to fit a fifteen-minute reimbursement code. You get the time it actually takes to get this right.
