Aesthetic treatments in Lake Mary, FL

Feeling good is half of it. Looking as rested and vibrant as you actually feel completes the picture.

Botox and dermal fillers from a provider who already knows your health inside and out, so the way you feel and the way you look finally match.

Subtle. Natural. Still completely you.

The best work is the kind no one can point to

You have seen the version that goes wrong. The lips you notice before the person. The forehead that will not move.

That is almost never the product. It is someone who did not know when to stop.

Good aesthetic care is mostly restraint, knowing exactly how much softens a few years and not one unit past it. That takes a trained medical eye and a provider actually looking at your face instead of a quota.

It is the whole difference between looking like yourself on a good day and looking like you had something done.

Meet Lindsey Cieslak

Lindsey Cieslak, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with an artist’s eye for aesthetic injectables and the medical training to back it. She is certified in Botox and dermal fillers, and has cared for hundreds of women across Central Florida.

When you come in, you see Lindsey herself, not a rotating tech. She knows what a healthy body looks like from the inside, and she brings that same eye to the outside. Her instinct is always to do a little beautifully rather than a lot.

A little more you, dialed up

Botox softens, filler restores, and both are aimed at the same place: you, looking as good as you feel.

Fine lines, a heavy brow, tired-looking eyes, thinning lips, volume that has softened in the cheeks. Different concerns, usually one of two answers.

Botox is the one most people know by name, and for good reason.

It relaxes the small muscles behind the expressions you make a thousand times a day—the frowning, squinting, and brow-raising that slowly etch lines into the skin.

When those movements are softened, existing lines become less noticeable and new ones are slower to form. Most women come in for forehead lines, the frown lines between the brows, and crow’s feet, though Botox can also create subtle improvements with a lip flip or by softening a strong jawline.

Results typically begin to appear within a few days, continue improving over one to two weeks, and generally last three to four months.

Filler picks up where Botox leaves off.

Over time, the face naturally loses volume. Cheeks flatten, folds deepen, and contours soften. Dermal fillers restore that lost structure, helping you look rested rather than different.

Placed with a light hand, it is the kind of change people notice before they can name it.

Not sure which one you need? That is exactly what the consultation is for.

What to expect when you come in

A straight answer, a clear recommendation, no pressure.

Your first visit starts with a conversation, not a plan someone drew up before meeting you. You tell Lindsey what you notice in the mirror, or what you have been curious to try. She takes a real look and tells you what would help, what would not, and sometimes that the smartest move is to wait or do nothing yet.

If you decide to go ahead, most treatments happen the same day and take only a few minutes. You head back to your life with little to no downtime, and your results settle in over the days that follow.

No packages you did not ask for, and no rush to book the next thing. Just clear guidance and the time to decide what feels right.

What it looks like when it's done right

Not a new face. Just the one you already have, on a good day.

You catch your reflection on the way out the door and you do not stop to study it. Nothing seems off, nothing seems done. You just look like yourself, only less worn out than you have felt in a while.

A friend says you look great and asks if you have been away somewhere. She cannot name what changed, only that something did. That is the whole idea. The line between your brows eased. The heaviness around your eyes lifted. Nobody can trace it back to a single thing.

You are in the pictures again instead of stepping out of them. You stop reaching for a filter before you post. Someone catches a candid you never posed for, and you actually like what you see.

This was never about becoming someone else. It is the quiet relief of not thinking about your face at all, and on the rare moment you do, being glad you did this.

Good questions, straight answers

Most patients tolerate it comfortably. A very fine needle is used, treatment takes only a few minutes, and there is little to no downtime.

You may notice mild redness or small bumps at the injection sites that fade quickly, and most people return to their day right afterward.

For most patients, Botox lasts about three to four months. Duration varies with the area treated, muscle strength, metabolism, and dosage. Periodic maintenance keeps results steady over time.

Not when it is placed well. The goal here is to soften movement, not erase it, so your expressions stay yours. Conservative dosing and careful placement are what keep results looking natural rather than done.

Botox relaxes the muscles that create expression lines, like forehead lines and crow’s feet. Dermal fillers restore lost volume and soften deeper folds. Some patients benefit from one, some from both, and your consultation sorts out which fits your goals.

Aesthetic treatments are open to everyone, whether you are already a patient here or coming in just for Botox or filler. If you are new, your first visit includes a quick health review so any treatment is a safe fit for you.

Botox Cosmetic is FDA-approved and, when administered by a trained medical provider, has a long safety record. It is still a prescription medical treatment, so a consultation and medical evaluation are required first. Individual results vary.

The dermal fillers we use are FDA-approved and have a well-established safety record when placed by a trained medical provider. Most are hyaluronic acid, a substance your body produces naturally, which means results can be adjusted or even dissolved if needed.

Side effects are usually mild and temporary, like brief swelling or bruising at the injection site. A consultation and health review always come first, and individual results vary.
